Turismo Francisco Valdés Pardo E.I.R.L. (P PRIME TOURS), “The Enterprise” from now on, presents and offers in this site, products and/or services which are subject to general terms and conditions understood as known by whom it may contract it.

The enterprise reserves the rigth to modify all kind of programs and/or excursions, on extreme sircumstances which may hamper the realization of the ones mentioned, for instance: weather, sickness, earthquakes, wars, or any other event similar to the ones mentioned. Therefore, if the program is modified and is shortened or extended, the expenses wil go under the responsability of the passenger with no money refound.

The Enterprise is direct and intermediate hoster between passenger and touristic services provider, such as: touristic trasnsfers, general passenger transfer, hotel management, rentacar, restaurants and touristic providers in general or complementary to this area.

A book will be set at the moment that the client books, pays and the recipt is sent via e-mail or fax.

Insurances:
All the groung transprtation has passenger isurances begining from the hotel pick up untill the orresponding returning.

Responsability:
The Enterprise will not be responsable under external circumstances such as: weather, sickness, earthquakes, wars, or any other event similar to the ones mentioned.

Payment:
The products and /or sevices have to be payed at the momento of the reservation through a deposit or an electronic bank deposit. The expenses or bank commissions when charged in the corresponding passenger bank occurs, will correspond to each passenger.

Annulments and Refounds:
Refounds and or fines for cancelation or annulment of reservations will be calculated over the total of the product and/or service contracted will be applied under the following rate:

Annulments 30 advanced days annulments to the service will not have any fine.
Annulments 29 to 20 advanced days annulments to the service will have a 30% fine.
Annulments 19 to 10 advanced days annulments to the service will have a 50% fine
Anulaciones con 9 or less advanced days annulments to the service will have a 100% fine

The expenses generated by the money sending or bank commissions under refound concepts will be charged to the corresponding client.
